the Human Capital area developed this program that, together with the results
of the last survey of the work environment, applied by a recognized consulting
firm, seeks to deepen the perceptions of workers regarding the company.
On
the day of the launch, we invited the leaders of each area, who reviewed and
analyzed together the results of each of their areas to seek effective
solutions, demonstrating the main value that is teamwork. The compilation of
suggestions give way to the fact that, for more than a month, they have been
running internal experiential workshops in order to implement the relevant
improvements in a transversal way.
