Over time, Hayduk became one of the
national field leaders, contributing not only to the modernization of the
fishing sector, but also helping to position Peru as a synonym of quality and
prestige. Following this path and as part of our continuous improvement
philosophy, over the years we developed new optimization processes, as our
achievements increased and demanded important changes in the company.
This is how we began to grow, implementing
new premises along the Peruvian coast. This allowed us to increase our
production capacity and become the first fishery of the country with a line of
direct human consumption, which we introduced to the national market through our
brand of canned fish Campomar.
This, accompanied by the obtaining of new
and important certifications that guarantee a responsible management with the
environment and high quality, as well as a process of digital transformation in
our operations in recent years, has allowed us to position ourselves as a
reference in all the world.
