The quality and food safety of our products, as well as the total satisfaction of our customers are three of our main concerns. Therefore, in Hayduk we have the GMP + Food Safety Assurance, a strict norm that guarantees feed ingredients innocuousness, fundamental for our fishmeal and fish oil markets.
Other certifications that express this culture are the HACCP safety system and ISO 9001, focused on managing quality in all company processes related to customer satisfaction.
Sustainable fishing
In Hayduk we have fishermen soul, and as such, our priority will always be to conduct a respectful and responsible management of the sea and its species, since the future of the industry rests on them.
Certifications such as IFFO Assured and Friends of the Sea reinforce the commitment we have to the enormous biodiversity of our sea, which represents one of our greatest treasures as a country and that, as lovers of the sea, we could not stop caring.
On the other hand, as one of the Peruvian fisheries that has opted for the development of the Peruvian tuna industry, we acquired the Dolphin Safe certification, an essential commitment to develop responsible operations in this business, aimed at reducing the incidental moratlity of dolphins during our tasks.
Safety and health of our team
Our promise is also with our collaborators, who work with great passion and dedication both aboard the boats and in the plants. Therefore, seeking to give them greater peace and well-being, in Hayduk we have the OHSAS 18001, a standard that certifies occupational safety and aims to eliminate the possible risks to which they may be exposed during our operations.
Currently we are soon to begin a migration process to ISO 45001, which represents even greater demands.
