The project will require an investment of approximately US$ 1.5 million for the construction of a natural gas receiving station and refurbishment of equipment. The service shall be rendered by Quavii – Gases del Pacífico, the company in charge of making natural gas accessible in the north of the country.
“We are proud to announce this project that will positively impact on the quality of life of our Coishco neighbors and increase efficiency of processes, since it implies less equipment wear and tear. We are planning to replicate this initiative in our plants located in Huacho and Trujillo in the coming years”, said Jose Arriola, Hayduk General Manager.
With this project, we confirm our permanent search for improving our operations and our social and environmental commitment, thus minimizing greenhouse effect gases and contributing to a better quality of life of the community settlers.
